National Headache Foundation Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Headache Medicine Examination Application

For physicians, physician assistants, advance practice nurses, dentists and clinical psychologists who include migraine care within their scope of practice, the National Headache Foundation offers a Certificate of Added Qualification, or CAQ, in Headache Medicine. The CAQ involves an exam, a fee and renewal every 5 years.
